Golf is a sport that’s full of rules. Don’t do this. Don’t wear that. Over here at PUMA, we believe that some of them were made to be broken. So throw your rulebook in the sand trap, and may we suggest that you dress to the nines while doing so.
This season, we were inspired by the sport’s classic silhouettes, but rejuvenated them with hints of modern style, daring graphics, and a playful attitude.
PUMA Golf. Look Better. Feel Better. Play Better.

On our course, fire blowers and world-renowned golfers are one in the same.

Our Smart Quill technology gives you plenty of traction-on the course or as a fashion plate. When something's this good, why let it go?

Modern golf is only a hop, skip, and a jump away.

Ogilvy Wins World Golf Championship...Again!
Monday, March 02, 2009
On Sunday, March 1st, PUMA® Golf athlete Geoff Ogilvy won the World Golf Championship (WGC) - Accenture Match Play Championship in Marana, Arizona for the second time in only four years. With this victory, Ogilvy moves up to 4th in the world as well as to the top of the PGA Money List, the FedExCup Points List and the European Tour’s Race to Dubai rankings.
During the tournament, the 31-year old Australian paired PUMA’s latest Spring Summer 2009 Invisibonding golf apparel with the new Swing Crown GTX shoe – we like to think the ensemble deserves a little credit for his stellar performance.
Playing their part in the win is the Invisibonding Polo which delivers stitchless technology for lightweight comfort and ease of motion, while the Swing Crown GTX is a pure performance shoes with Smart Quill technology that features 38 “quills” on each outsole, to maximize traction and comfort while minimizing weight. After all, our motto is: Look better. Feel better. Play Better.
Since the 2006 U.S. Open Championship, Ogilvy has taken the golf world by storm as he continues to outperform his competitors in some of the biggest tournaments. With three WGC wins and one Major to his name, Ogilvy has enjoyed a meteoric rise. His victory on Sunday comes on the heels of his win at the Mercedes Benz Championship on January 11, 2009. This is Ogilvy’s sixth PGA Tour.
Lesson learned: It takes practice and the right gear to win tournaments.
